The level starts with a cutscene with Lara and a mountain guide.They are climbing some form of mountain in Peru. The guide is leading Lara to a giant door in which she climbs up of. Lara presses a hidden button which opens the door below. The guide looks into the door and a pack of wolves comes and attacks him. Lara pulls a knife from her pocket and cuts the rope she was on. Lara's poncho flies off and Lara pulls out two pistols and she starts shooting the wolves. After they all die Lara heads into the door and it shuts behind her.
(NOTE: PS players will have a loading screen)
The level begins with Lara inside of a peruvian cave. Follow the wolf tracks across the floor until you reach a dart trap. Either jump through them or time yourself through them. Continue through the cave. You will come across a series of ledges to your left which Lara will look up to.
Secret 1: Continue forward into a giant room, to the top left corner there is a opening with a slope infront of it. Climb up the slope at the back-end and jump at the end, grab the ledge and pull up. The secret sound wll que and there is a small medi-pack.
Climb up the series of ledges and continue through the caves, up ahead there are three bats, shoot them.
Secrets 2: Turn left into the wide open area and look to your right. You will notice an opening that you cannot jump up and grab, instead head to the far left corner onto a little slope and hold up and action to pull up. The secret sound will que and there is a bat to shoot and a small medi-pack.
Continue through the cave and turn left when you see an opening, go to the far left corner of the giant room. There is lots of leaves and grass here. Continue down the hallway and you will come across a door and a switch, pull the switch and run through the door. Kill the bat that is lurking and head to the middle of the room and look right. You will see the main goal and that is to open the big door behind the wooden gate. head to the far left corner of where you come in and climb up.
Run through the passage and you will enter a room with 2 wooden bridges and 2 wolves. Jump down and kill the two wolves as you will return here later (if you want a small medi-pack, if not just skip the wolves and run across the bridges). Head to the far left corner and you will see a mummy statue, climb behind it and pull up.
Run across the second bridge and you will come across a large room with a gap in the middle. If you want a small medi-pack draw your pistols and kill the bear below. Saftey drop into the pit and head into the only opening. 2 bats will spawn, kill them and collect the small medi-pack. Step on the giant button and run through the door. You will now be back in the room were you killed the wolves. Climb up the mummy statues and run across the bridge again.
Jump across the gap, if you are a PS player you will come across a floating crystal, use this to save if you need to. Head to the far left corner and collect the small medi-pack, run down the stairs in the centre and head through the doorway.
(NOTE: If you're a PS player music will que)
Head down some more stairs and 2 wolves will appear, shoot them and run into the centre of the room. Turn around and you will notice a giant opening under the stairs you just came down, run into the opening and pick up the small medi-pack. Turn around and head back to the centre of the room.
Secret 3: Turn to your left and climb up the ledges, turn left again and notice the leafy area, jump over there and head inside. The secret sound will que and there is a large medi-pack.
Head right and climb up the ledges, you will come across a switch in front and a big door to your left. Pull the switch jump onto the small ledge to the left. Jump onto the ledge where the big door is and run through.
(NOTE: The door is timed so you need to be quick but not too quick as the timer is very slow)
Run through the dart trap or time your self, you will come across a room with a wolf, kill it and head to the centre of the room. Stand on the 2 crumbling tiles and fall onto a platform. If you look through one of the openings you will notice we are at the big door that was behind the wooden gate.
Run through the doorway infront of the platform and turn left. Jump across the gap and draw your guns. Head into the room infront and you will see a large medi-pack,

Run forward and kill the wolf that comes out of the doorway ahead, then pick up the large medi-pack. Run through the doorway the wolf come from and pull the switch and the big door will open. Exit the small room and run through the doorway. The level will end.
